This feature allows you to confirm your presence for a sales activity such as a Lunch Meeting with a prospect and keeps your team in the loop as well.

How to enable check-in for a sales activity?

To enable ‘check-in’ for any sales activity, follow these steps :

  1. Go to Admin Settings  > Sales activities. 
  2. Choose the sales activity for which you want to enable the option to check-in.
  3. Mark the checkbox “Allow sales reps to check in from the Freshworks CRM mobile app”
  4. Click .

How do I check-in a sales activity I completed? 

You can check-in a sales activity using Freshworks CRM mobile apps (Android and iOS). To check-in a sales activity - 

  1. On your Freshworks CRM mobile app, find the sales activity to check-in.
     

  1. Click on the Check-in button to check-in on this sales activity. The sales activity is checked in with your current location of the sales rep.


You will also be able to see the check-in done in both web and mobile app under Recent Activities
