Freshworks CRM gives you the flexibility to add text/voice notes to records from the mobile app.

To add voice notes to a record from the home screen,

  1. From the home screen, click the + Quick Add button.

  2. Choose Voice Notes.

  3. Record your voice input for a maximum of 5 minutes.

    Note: Grant permissions for Freshworks CRM to record audio on your phone in case it is disabled under app permissions.
  1. Click SAVE, search, and choose a contact/deal/account to which you want to add the note.

  2. Once saved, you will land on the details page of the record on the NOTES tab that has the newly added note.

To add notes to a contact from the contact details page,

  1. From the bottom navigation of the app, click Contacts.

  2. In the contacts list view, click a contact to land on the contact details page.

  1. Click the + Floating Action button. Choose Add Note/Voice Note.

  1. On the Add Note page, to add a:

    1. Text note: Type the desired information in the text area with the placeholder ‘Enter description here’. Click the tick icon on Android or the Save button in iOS to save the note.

    2. Voice note: Swipe up anywhere near the microphone to record a voice note that is at the most 5 minutes in length. Click SAVE to save the note.


Note: Grant permissions for Freshworks CRM to record audio on your phone in case it is disabled under app permissions.


The newly added note can be found under the NOTES tab of the contact details page.

To add notes to deals and accounts, follow the above procedure in the respective modules.
