Day Passes helps you temporarily give access to an agent for a day instead of purchasing a full license. This helps you add part-time agents to your accounts to manage a sudden spike in support traffic or to bring in a specialist / consultant to do a particular task.

A day pass is consumed every time an occasional agent logs into your account and will be valid till the end of the day.

How to purchase Day Passes?

Occasional agents will only be able to log into your account if you have enough day passes. To purchase a Day Passes,

1. Go to Admin settings > Account and Billing > Plans and Billing
2. Under Day Pass, select the dropdown under Buy more day passes and click on Update
3. You will see a confirmation window with the amount of day passes you're purchasing and its cost.
4. Click on Confirm to proceed.
5. If you want to automatically add day passes to your account, check the Auto-recharge box and select the number of day passes you want to add automatically when your day pass balance goes below 2.
