For Freshchat, the beta release is now available only for the customers in the Enterprise plan.

The new features and improvements included in this release will help our Enterprise plan customers better engage with their customers and drive business growth.

NEW ADMIN EXPERIENCE

Previously, in order to enable Freddy AI with GPT features, we had to configure the features. However, from May on, admins can activate or deactivate the features directly from the admin page, making the process much more user-friendly and accessible. 

HOW TO ENABLE OR DISABLE FEATURE FROM ADMIN PAGE:

1.Go to the admin settings ->chat settings -> Freddy 

2.Click on the "Freddy" option to open the AI features page.

3.Choose the feature that you want to enable or disable.

4. Locate the toggle switch next to the feature you want to enable and turn it on by sliding the toggle to the right. Toggle to the left to disable the feature.
