To create a WhatsApp bot,
Go to Marketing Automation and select Chatbot.
Click on New bot and name it.
Under Channel, select WhatsApp.
Click Save.
You can now start building the bot conversations for WhatsApp using Bot rich messages. These Bot rich messages provide different types of input options like buttons, carousals, dropdowns, etc.
