How to connect MS Teams with Freshsales?

 

To connect MS Teams with Freshsales,


  1. Go to Profile Settings > Calendar and Conferencing

  1. Click Microsoft Teams

  1. Enter your credentials for authentication

You can also connect to MS Teams via the Meetings page overlay

On the Meetings page overlay, you can click Connect Teams and follow the above-mentioned steps to connect with MS Teams.

How to join via MS Teams to meetings

You can join meetings via MS Teams from the following places in the CRM:

  1. Meetings page overlay

On the Meetings page overlay, click Join Teams meeting to add MS Teams to meetings.


Note: The Join Teams meeting link will appear only when the attendee is added to the meeting


  1. Activities Dashboard

Click Join Teams meeting to meetings you want to join via MS Teams.

  1. Activity Timeline

Click Join Teams meeting to meetings you want to join via MS Teams.

Note: You can connect both Zoom and MS Teams in the CRM.
