Apart from handling your call center activities, if your business needs a CRM, you can integrate your existing Freshdesk Contact Center account with Freshsales.


User requirements:

You need admin/account admin in both Freshdesk Contact Center and Freshsales accounts to initiate this integration. Make sure that you use the same email address to log in to both accounts.


To integrate Freshdesk Contact Center in Freshsales:

  1. Login to Freshsales as an admin.
  2. Go to Admin Settings > Phone Settings.
  3. To link your existing Freshdesk Contact Center account with Freshsales, click Link Your Existing Account.

    Enter your Freshdesk Contact Center account URL, email ID, and password, and click Connect. You will see your account linked with Freshsales. For more detailed steps, refer to How to link my existing Freshsales and Freshdesk Contact Center accounts?

  4. If you do not have a Freshdesk Contact Center account, click on Get New Freshdesk Contact Center Account. For detailed steps, refer to How to set up a Freshdesk Contact Center phone on Freshsales?

If you are not a Freshsales customer but need a CRM and a phone channel for your sales team, sign up for a Freshsales account.


Note: All features that you had in your Freshsales built-in phone are available with Freshdesk Contact Center.
