• Go to Admin Settings > Plans and Billing. You will be taken to My Subscriptions, where you can find the details of your current plans, such as:
    • Your current plan, 
    • Any add-ons that you use
    • Invoices,
    • Addresses,
    • Payment information



  • You can update your card information here by clicking on Update/Change on the Payment Information tab.


  • Click Manage Plan to modify various aspects of your subscription, such as:
    • billing cycles
    • total users
    • additional bot sessions
    • marketing contacts



  • On this page click on Change Plan to see the complete set of plans and features that you can upgrade or downgrade to. Select the plan that works out best for you — or you can reach out to us at support@freshchat.com if you have any questions.



  • Once you select a plan, you will receive a pop-up message showing the features and add-ons you will lose in case you downgrade. For example, if you are moving from the Enterprise plan to the Pro plan, you will be shown this list of features:



  • Take note of this list, as you may have configurations available only on paid plans before clicking Confirm. You can now see the updated billing information in your account.
