You can redesign the chat messenger to seamlessly blend with the overall aesthetics of your website or product, aligning it more closely with your brand identity.

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Channels > Web Chat Settings  Here you can add your business name, and domain name.

Pick a theme for your messenger

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Channels > Chat & Messaging > Web ChatHere you can add your brand logo, colour, messenger header style, background, and size of your chat messenger. 

  2. Once you've made all changes click on the "Save" button to save changes.

    With Messenger Visibility option, you can make the chat messenger to stay visible, hidden or only visible within your working hours (Default Business Hours). You can see a preview of your all your configurations in the right.

Note:  Messenger Visibility does not affect the first response time, offline experience or any other metric in your chat account. And, at the moment only Default Business Hour is supported with messenger visibility. It is not applicable to Business Hours by Groups.
