Get the power of Analytics web experience in your mobile apps. Use the Freshdesk mobile app to stay on top of important metrics without having to leave the mobile app.
Click on the Analytics icon in the bottom bar to get started.
Note: Only Admins, Supervisors, and Agents with custom roles that have access to Analytics will be able to view the Analytics icon on the mobile app.

Viewing your favorite widgets
After you click on the Analytics icon, the mobile app will list all your favorite widgets so you can access them easily. To view more widgets on this page, use the web version of Freshdesk, choose any widget under any report, and add it to your favorites list by clicking the ‘star’ icon.
You can also use the search bar to find widgets you want to look at.
Searching for widgets
The Search bar lets you type in the names of widgets you want to access. The search is not restricted to your favorite widgets alone, you can search across all widgets present in your account. On clicking any search result, you will be redirected to a page with all the information associated with the widget.
Viewing a specific widget
Once you click on a specific widget, you’ll be able to view all the data present in it. From this page, you can:
- Change the visualization type of the widget.
- View the underlying data.
- Remove the widget from your list of favorite widgets or add it to the list by clicking on the star icon.
- View the filters applied to the widget.
