You can integrate your Freshchat account with your Facebook page and bring messages sent on Facebook Messenger into Freshchat as conversations.
However, resolving a conversation in Freshchat doesn't reflect on Facebook as there's no concept of resolving them on Facebook.
This is used for workflow purposes only, as resolving conversations frees up the agent’s bandwidth.
